Sounds like the underside of your bezel isn't making strong contact with the 4 clicks. Try pushing the bezel down on to the watch hard with your thumbs. There's some a hyrtel ring around the crystal retainer which your bezel rotates on.

I contacted my rep at Tourneau and they are going to exchange it for me. It seems like most or all of the 41mm Submariners Ref. #124060 bezels don’t align right. The point of the triangle on the bezel aligns slightly to the left of the 12 o clock tick mark. I know that the Subs have 120 clicks, and I’m sure I’m .

It may be fine but I’d rather be sure as if it popped off at some point I’d be very pissed off. Stick something between the case & bezel. Watchmakers knife or a credit card and turn the bezel to the left. Might want to tape up the lug if you use metal or you will scratch the case.
