All of the embossings on the bags are not the correct font, and there shouldn't be an embossing on the handles, anyways.

The consumer claimed that the Fendi bag she received was a counterfeit. A Ruelala rep responded on the site saying they would give the individual a refund on the bag. The Ruelala rep insisted, however, that the bag was 100% authentic.
