Is it wise to order some additional spring bars in case I bend one, or is it pretty rare? To this day I have yet to change out my own straps.

Are Rolex / Tudor spring bars superior to Omega and if so should they be used instead? If not, what is the best tool to remove / install spring bars / bracelets on Omega? By best, I mean fast, easy install and removal and least likely to scratch. Anyone know what spring bars I need in order to put a NATO on a 310.30.42.50.01.001 (currently on the OEM bracelet) and where to get some? Links would be awesome if you have them!
